The YMCA of Northeastern Ontario, North Bay YMCA, in partnership with The Village at Canadore College and funding support from the North Bay and Area Community Foundation, is excited to announce the Digital Inclusion, Seniors Connection and Opportunities Hub (DISCO).

The Digital Inclusion, Seniors Connection and Opportunities Hub focuses on:
teaching how to use technology safely through educational workshops
providing a way to connect seniors with their families by lending devices to use
getting active with a short workout session
The DISCO Hub will be accessed in various locations within North Bay and is completely free to access. Registration is required so that we can maintain physical distancing. The YMCA and Canadore College are working closely with Public Health to ensure all necessary safety procedures are in place.
The DISCO Hub will take place at:

Mondays and Tuesdays at the Canadore College Residence Lot 15
8:30am-9:30am
9:30am-10:30am
10:30am-11:30am
Wednesdays and Thursdays at the YMCA entrance (186 Chippewa Street West, North Bay ON)
