Yukinoria Kinoshita and Noah Silverman are the co-founders of Plufl, a unique snooze product inspired by dog beds….but big enough for humans to nap on! The two are originally from the US, but live in Vancouver where they attend UBC.

Silverman’s experience curling up with his friend’s great dane “Lady”, in her dog bed, while studying inspired the economic students to the to create the ultimate napping experience. (But no, you don’t need to own a dog to enjoy your canine-inspired napping nest.)

The result, called Plufl, looks like a giant dog bed covered in faux fur with a supportive memory and orthopedic foam base. The company says that the Plufl’s oval shape can help you naturally curl up into the fetal position for optimal napping.

Now available to back on Kickstarter until May 12, backers can get their Plufl shipped by November 2022, just in time for Christmas!
