North Bay Police are warning about fraudulent SIN card calls hitting the area again.
They say scammers claim your Social Insurance card has been compromised and fines are pending if you don’t respond.
Police say hang up or don’t respond.
They say callers are using pressure tactics to get money, ID or credit card information.
Police also ask you tell your parents and grandparents about the scam, pointing out education is prevention.
