The District of Nipissing Social Services Administration Board has announced where most of the recent funding they received to deal with COVID-19 is going.

It was initially announced that $85,000 is going to twenty organizations with food and meal distribution and Physical Protective Equipment being the two main priority areas.

The rest of the money around $800,000 is going to 15 organizations.

Both the province and the feds provided funding.
