Vehicle clocked going 202 km/h on Hwy 17 West

A 32 year old Quebec man is facing charges after OPP stopped a vehicle on Hwy 17 West that was clocked going 202 km/h.

That’s more than double the highest posted speed limit on the highway.

Nipissing West OPP posted a photo to Twitter of the speed infraction, along with failed roadside test.

The driver is charged with impaired, dangerous and stunt driving.

There’s no specifics in the tweet about where exactly the vehicle was pulled over on Hwy 17 West.
