The North Bay Battalion will open their training camp Sunday with player registration and fitness testing.

There will be several intra-squad games at Memorial Gardens.

They are 4 p.m Monday, 9 am and 4 pm Tuesday and 9 am on Wednesday.

Then the team takes part in the Preseason Showcase in Kitchener which will see the Battalion play the Kitchener Rangers, Peterborough Petes and Saginaw Spirit next weekend.

The first game is Friday against Kitchener.

The team has made some staff changes too as former Battalion assistant coach Ryan Oulahen has returned as skills coach, Peter Renzetti is the strength coach and Charles Abbott is the head scout.
