Twenty-one drivers have been charged with impaired by North Bay OPP so far in 2019.

The latest came yesterday, involving a 54 year old man from Pickering.

Police say at 2:45 pm on Monday they received a complaint about a vehicle weaving in its lane and travelling at low speeds, on Highway 11, in Tilden Lake.

Police say a breath sample resulted in a fail.

A 90-day Automatic Drivers Licence Suspension (ADLS) was issued and the vehicle impounded for seven days.

The man has a July court appearance.
