Warrant Officer Timothy McLean, of 22 Wing recently received the Member of Military Merit.

Warrant Officer McLean was of 41 recipients into the order and was presented with his honour by the Governor General Julie Payette.

McLean received the MMM for his exceptional service and performance spanning his 18-year career in the Canadian Armed Forces.

He was initially posted with 21 Aerospace Control & Warning Squadron at 22 Wing and was employed in the Underground Complex in North Bay from 2002 to 2006.

In 2018, Warrant Officer McLean was promoted to his current rank and posted to Panama City Florida as the Unit Warrant Officer.

WO McLean then returned to serve at 22 Wing as an Air Surveillance Technician with 21 AC&W Sqn.
