Police report a three year old boy, the subject of an Amber Alert this morning out of Sudbury, has been located in Toronto and is safe.

The alert was issued early this morning with police at the time saying the boy and a 25 year old woman were last seen on a bus Monday afternoon, heading from Sudbury to Toronto.

After a call to the Sudbury Police tip line, both were located in Toronto.
