North Bay Police were called to the Capitol Centre last night, tweeting that two fans were taken into custody after an assault at the Matthew Good concert.

They later sent out an update saying no formal complaint was filed and one man was charged under the Liquor Licence Act.

The other was released unconditionally.

Meantime, city police are looking for a suspect after three break-ins early Sunday morning in the Lakeshore and Marshall Avenue area.

Police say a brick was used to smash the windows of businesses to get inside.

They’ve tweeted out a picture of the suspect saying someone will recognize the clothing the person is wearing.
