North Bay Police report a 40 year old man, of no fixed address, is facing break and enter charges after a couple of calls to police yesterday (Wednesday).

First, in the south end of the city, police say a woman discovered an unknown man in her living room around 9 am.

She asked him to leave and he did, but realized some things were missing and gave police a description of the man and the stolen property.

Later in the day police responded to an unrelated call on Lakeshore Drive and arrested a man matching the suspect’s description.

During a search, police identified property belonging to the victim.

He was released with a February court appearance.
