Stat holiday closures in effect

It’s New Year’s Day and the usual closures are in effect.

Government offices and most retail outlets are shut down for the first stat holiday of 2019.

There’s no city transit today and there’s no garbage or recycling pick up either.

It’s being delayed a day for the rest of the week.

The landfill is also closed today.
