A 32 year old North Bay man is facing assault, mischief and breach charges after another man was accosted in the downtown area yesterday (Monday).

Police say around 1 pm a man began yelling and swearing at another man, who is not known to him, then started to kick and punch the victim.

It’s further alleged a vehicle was damaged with the suspect then fleeing the area.

He was located and arrested several blocks away.
