North Bay OPP report a man from Loyalist, west of Kingston, is facing charges after a driver failed to pay for gas in Burk’s Falls on May 19th.

The vehicle, which turned out to be stolen from Hamilton, was located in North Bay.

The 27 year old driver is charged with theft under and possession of property obtained by crime.

The man was held in custody for a bail hearing.
