Three people are facing drug possession for the purpose of trafficking charges after a traffic stop last week by city police, involving an ongoing drug investigation.

Nearly $70,000 in drugs, including 5,000 methamphetamine pills, nearly 200 grams of cocaine, nearly 100 Fentanyl pills, nearly 60 Percocet pills and eight grams of marijuana, were seized.

Two city women, ages 20 and 26 are charged along with a 27 year old from Temiscaming, Quebec.
