A 24 year old North Bay man is facing several charges including break and enter, disguise with intent to commit an indictable offense, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.

Police say Sunday morning, a woman woke up in her residence to an unknown male standing in the doorway of her bedroom.

Police say he was wearing a disguise and holding a kitchen knife in one hand and a lighter in the other.

Police say the victim was threatened but not injured.

And a 20 year old city man has been charged with sexual assault.

Police say the charge relates to an incident that happened early last Saturday morning.

Police say a woman came into a contact with a male at a local establishment and the incident came shortly after they left that establishment.
