The Powassan Voodoos scored a 3-2 win over the visiting Blind River Beavers in game two of the NOJHL final Saturday night.

The win gives Powassan a 2-0 series lead.

Ryan Theriault scored the winning goal, breaking a 2-2 tie, with just over 6 minutes left in the third.

Brett Hahkala and Parker Bowman netted the other Powassan goals while goalie Nate McDonald made 28 saves in the Voodoos 10th straight playoff victory.

The best of seven championship series now moves to Blind River for games three and four coming up on Thursday and Friday.
