The North Bay Midget AAA Trappers begin play at the Central Regional championship today in Sudbury.

The Trappers take on the Oakville Rangers at noon.

The winner of the tournament advances to the Telus Cup, the national midget championship, in Prince George, BC.

Meantime, the Bantam Trappers are in Thunder Bay for the All-Ontario AAA Bantam Championship.

North Bay’s first game is at one o’clock this afternoon against Fort Frances.

The bantam Trappers also play Thunder Bay tonight at 7:30 pm.
