IMG_7455The Powassan Voodoos have made a trade.

They’ve acquired forward Alexi Rivet from Kirkland Lake.

Last season, Rivet scored 7 goals and added 10 assists in 34 games with the Gold Miners.

Going the other way in the deal is a development fee.

The Voodoos are 11th in the CJHL rankings and are 6-0 on the season.

Meantime, the Voodoos have moved Nolan Smith to Cambridge in the GOJHL and waived Ted Davis.

He has been claimed by Blind River.

The Voodoos are in Espanola Friday.
