Victims of a plane crash have been identified, police are looking for a tire slasher, and a Powassan man was charged with impaired driving. 

OPP have identified two of the victims involved in a plane crash from earlier this week. They have been identified as 64 year old Joseph Arseneau and 65 year old Mary-Lou Arseneau both from Sudbury. The name of the third person is pending.

Meantime, Mattawa OPP say they’ve received a report of a vehicle tire being slashed. Police say they vehicle was parked on Mattawan Street in Mattawa. The suspect was seen wearing a black hoodie, black plants and a hat.

And Powassan OPP stopped a vehicle going the wrong way Wednesday morning on Highway 11 north near Callander. The 24 year old from North Bay was arrested and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milligrams of blood
