Environmental Commissioner and North Bay native Gord Miller released the second half of his annual report on energy conservation this afternoon. In it, he reports on a number of things about energy conservation in Ontario. He says there are two targets, one for the peak energy demands and the other is total kilowatts an hour saved. Miller claims they’re struggling to make the targets as a province but it’s worth noting that North Bay Hydro are right at about the average in the plan.
