North Bay Public Library – March Break

The North Bay Public Library Children’s Department will be hosting several different events for March Break from Monday, March 12 to Thursday, March 15.

Looking for something to do this March Break? Stop by the North Bay Public Library for great programs to enjoy whether it’s snowing, raining or the sun is shining.  We have several different fun and educational events you won’t want to miss!

March Break 2018

Monday, March 12 —  Pot o’ Gold Storytime

Time – 11:00 a.m. – 12 noon

Where – in the Library Auditorium

Ages – 4 and up

Description – Catch some leprechaun fun with St. Patrick’s Day stories and crafts

NO CHARGE

Limited registration – register in advance

 

Tuesday, March 13 – Knitting for Families

Time – 10:30 a.m. – 12 noon

Where – in the Library Auditorium

Ages – 6 and up

Description – Learn how to knit using just your fingers and hands

Registration – $3.00 per child, or $5.00 per family

Limited registration – register in advance

 

Thursday, March 15  —  Reptile Camp with Steve Featherstone

Time – 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Where – in the Library Auditorium

Ages – 4 and up

Description –  Learn about reptiles and amphibians through an interactive wildlife experience.  Get close!  Get wild!

Registration fee:  $4.00 per ticket

Limited seating  –  tickets available in advance

 

Thursday, March 15 – Don’t be late for an important date! – It’s your UNBIRTHDAY!

Time – 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.

Where – in the Storyroom

Ages – 4 to 8

Description – Meet us in Wonderland, where we will make Unbirthday cards and play Unbirthday games.

Registration fee:  $3.00 per child

Limited seating – register in advance

 

Registration in advance in person at the Children’s Desk – payment is required at registration.

Registration starts Saturday, February 24 at 9:30 a.m.
