A 37 year old North Bay man is facing charges after a domestic incident that police say involved a woman and her four year old child being struck.

It started with a man going to a woman’s residence with the two getting into a heated argument.

The man is charged with two counts of assault.

He also faces mischief and breach charges.

It’s alleged property at the police station was defaced.
