OPP report a 73 year old West Nipissing man was killed Saturday night after two vehicles collided on Highway 17, east of Cache Bay road.

Police say Raymond St Louis was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The driver of the other vehicle, a pick-up truck, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The highway was closed for about six hours, but a detour was in place.

The investigation continues.
